How do I return my order?

You have two options, for Belgium only

1. You can go to one of our stores, Maniet or Luxus, with the delivery note received in your parcel and ask directly at the cash desk for an exchange or refund of your item(s). Refunds will be made within 5 working days using the same payment method originally used to purchase the order.
   
   
2. You can return parcel by post. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used to purchase the order within 2 to 3 days maximum from the time the return is processed. Your return will be processed by Bpost within a maximum of 14 working days. To do this, follow the procedure on the page: Exchanges and refunds (maniet.be) depending on whether your order was placed as a guest or not.

1. You can go to one of our stores, Maniet or Luxus (in Belgium or Luxembourg), with the delivery note received in your parcel and ask directly at the cash desk for an exchange or refund of your item(s). Refunds will be made within 5 working days using the original payment method(s).
   
   
2. You can return your parcel by post. Please contact us via the Customer Service form, mentioning your request for a postal return, and we will send you a label to affix to your parcel. Return postage is free for Luxembourg. Refunds will be made using the payment methods initially used to purchase the order within 2 to 3 days maximum from the time the return is processed. Your return will be processed via Bpost within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Returns from France, the Netherlands or Germany

For returned orders from France, the Netherlands or Germany, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable by Chaussures Maniet! Luxus.
