Only brand new, unworn items in their original and undamaged box can be refunded, and you have 30 days from receipt of the order to do so.
The amount refunded is equal to the amount actually paid, except in the event of promotions where the discount applied increases when more items are purchased. In this event, the promotional saving will be lost and the refund will be based on the actual price of the item.
